In the State of West Virginia it isn't against the law for a parent to provide their own children an alcoholic beverage. It could turn into child neglect should the parent allow them to become intoxicated, however simply giving them a moderate amount is legal.

On a different topic believe it or not, it isn't against the law for a man or woman to go topless. Good thing not many know about this.
