Message: I have never heard scriptures to back up paying them to just the Pastor, even though most Pastors living is our tithes, and the church you attend you need to support with your tithes, but if youve been lead to use your tithes elsewhere I personally dont see much fault in it....like if someone is on a fixed income and they were lead to give there tithes to someone (they have to use there tithes because theres not enough extra $$ in there income)...... but then again if your faithful normally to the Pastor and you miss to give to someone else, he relies on that income too, so you are taking away from the church if he looks forward to your check...what will he do if he "knows" how much your going to pay, but this time you gave it to the little old lady who needs grocery, so sometimes I see it ok but it is a little nervous that you may make a wrong decision......being lead on that one I guess.......I know of someone who pays tithes to a certain ministry that they are involved in and so the Pastor dont expect there check,and they really arent letting him down by not paying, and if they didnt give there tithes to this ministry, noone would be putting $$ there....
